It seems like everyone is on a health kick as of late, more than likely you've been told to eat grilled chicken instead of fried foods, but if you are really, really trying to be healthy...eat a bug instead.

Yeah.

According to a new report out of the University of Oxford, you are bound to get more vitamins and minerals from a bug because they appear to score the highest compared to other meats.

So, go ahead and dig into some crickets and meal worms! The meat is leaner and simply much more nutritious. Beef came in the less healthy, with chicken coming in second place and pork third. .
