That was "my bill." President Trump signed "my bills" into law. Senator Jon Tester's campaign falsely claiming that President Trump signed his bills into law, when the bills weren't even authored by Tester. That fact-check now published, as Senator Tester gets exposed for bringing in the most lobbyist cash of all the 2018 candidates.

Breitbart.com has this:

Sen. Tester has raised the most money from lobbyists–$394,478– during the 2018 election cycle, according to new data from the Center for Responsive Politics’ Open Secrets database.

When Tester first ran for U.S. Senate in 2006, he promised to be immune from the money and influence of K Street lobbyists.

But the even more damning report against Tester in the US Senate race deals with Tester's false claims that President Trump signed several of his bills into law. Eric Sell has the info at StatehouseReview.com:

In his first campaign ad of 2018, U.S. Senator Jon Tester touted the fact that President Trump has already signed 13 of his bills into law. Quite an accomplishment considering the historic gridlock plaguing Congress, right? In fact, a centerpiece of Tester's entire campaign has been highlighting his ability to represent Montana as an effective legislator in the typically ineffective Washington, DC.

So how many of Tester’s bills has President Trump actually signed into law? Only one.
