Man Arrested Outside Harold’s Club On Saturday

A man was arrested by Missoula County Sheriff's Deputies Saturday night outside Harold's Club in Milltown and charged with assault with a weapon and criminal endangerment, both felonies. Court records indicate, 31 year old Eric Palmer Hay got into a fight inside the bar, then went outside to this truck and pulled out a shotgun and allegedly threatened to shoot three people. Hay told arresting deputies that he was acting in self defense. Hay heard charges in Missoula Justice Court Monday afternoon and is currently in the Missoula County Jail on $200,000 bond.
