Ravalli County Sheriff Investigating Accidental Death of Two Year-Old Child

The Ravalli County Sheriff/Coroner’s Office is investigating the tragic accidental death of a 2-year-old boy that occurred on Saturday afternoon west of Corvallis.

Sheriff Chris Hoffman said the boy died as a result of an accident involving a motor vehicle on private property.

He said the victim’s name is being withheld pending the notification of extended family and friends.

Hoffman said more information will be released when the investigation is complete.
