I had the privilege of sitting down with Kevi Berger just yesterday discussing some fundraising opportunities here in Missoula, having nothing to do with the big pageant she is about to compete in. Luckily, she did tell me a little bit about this amazing thing she is doing just next week down in Florida. Kevi will be representing Montana in the Mrs. Montana United States Pageant, and we couldn't have a better woman representing our state.

First, here is Kevi's bio so you can learn more about her as a person:

Kevi holds a BS in Business Administration. She’s graduate of the Strom Thurmond Leadership Institute (Clemson University). She has worked at the Hospice Care Foundation since June 2008. She served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate from April 2011 – March 2015. She has been a member of the Missoula/Granite County Buckle Up Montana Seatbelt Coalition since October 2013. She currently is one of a few hundred people nationwide to serve on the GuideStar User Advisory Panel. She also serves on the Six Flags (theme parks) Advisory Council. In 2015, Jake Jabs College of Business Entrepreneurship selected her as an outstanding Montana Director. She has competed in pageants since 2012, promoting her platform of “Being the best me I can be!” and educating on seatbelt safety and Mal de Debarquement Syndrome. She resides in Missoula, MT with her husband Eric. They have three children, three dogs and two grandsons.

Kevi is a great example of a role model and is just a pleasure to be around. If you want to keep up with Kevi on her journey next week, click here to like her Facebook Page.

One more thing you might want to check out is this really great video she put together for the competition.

If you want to help Kevi make it far in the competition you can place a vote for her in the People's Choice Voting. At the competition there will be a big wave of cuts knocking the group from 50 down to just 15 plus the people's choice award winner to make 16. So, every vote gets Kevi one step closer to moving on. No woman from Montana has ever made the top 16 cut, lets help make Kevi the first one.

Good luck Kevi, we are cheering you on!
