A cold front will be coming through western Montana starting on Tuesday, bringing winds from 30 to 35 mph, and gusts of over 40 mph in the Bitterroot Valley.
The National Weather Service in Missoula has issued a winter weather advisory for snow, blowing snow and cold wind chills from 2 pm Monday to 11 am Tuesday.
Early February may have felt like an early spring for most of Montana, but now, National Weather Service meteorologist Marty Whitmore says weeks of cold weather are in store.
