Two juveniles wanted in connection with a string of robberies in Missoula were apprehended in Idaho on Tuesday morning.

Missoula County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Brenda Bassett said the two were arrested near Kellogg.

"The two male juveniles were arrested after robbing a convenience store at knife point in Wallace, Idaho," Bassett said. "The arresting officers discovered that the two teenagers were juvenile escapees out of Salt Lake City who were driving a stolen car. Missoula County Sheriff's and Missoula Police Department detectives interviewed the two, who confessed to the February 27th and 28th incidents in Missoula."

Bassett said following the conclusion of the investigation, the reports will be forwarded to the Missoula County Attorney for charging. Because the two are juveniles, their names will not be made public.

The two juveniles will be extradited back to Missoula following their appearance in an Idaho courtroom.
