The Valley Christian School Community is grieving over a one vehicle accident that occurred late Wednesday night.

According to investigating Montana Highway Patrolman Andrew Novak, the crash occurred off Blue Mountain Road not far from U.S. Highway 93 South.

"For an unknown reason, the driver drifted off to the shoulder and then over corrected twice before leaving the road," Novak said. "The vehicle went off the right side of the road and went airborne and landed some distance away near the bottom of an irrigation coulee. The two young folks inside sustained some severe injuries."

KGVO News has learned that the occupants of the vehicle were 15 year-old twins. The female driver sustained non life-threatening injuries, but the male was critically injured and is on life support at St. Patrick Hospital.

No names have been officially released.
