The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Montana needs busy travelers to donate their air miles to its Wishes in Flight program this holiday season. Frequent fliers with air miles from Delta, US Airways, Continental or United can help grant the wishes of local children with life-threatening medical conditions. Many non-profit organizations need money, but few require air miles to make their charitable work possible. Montana State Manager Heather Ohs says 70 percent of their wishes are for travel wishes. (That interview is attached below)

Travel is the biggest expense for wishes granted by the Foundation. For example, 200,000 air miles alone are needed to send a family of four on a thrilling trip to Hawaii or to the Orlando theme parks. Once donated, the miles never expire and the Foundation turns them into free flights.
