Closing Arguments in Mountain Water Lawsuit Today – State Headlines [YouTube]
Final arguments will be heard today in the condemnation lawsuit in Missoula between the City of Missoula and The Carlyle Group over Mountain Water Company.
The Markus Kaarma defense team has successfully placed an appeal in the conviction of their client for the murder of a German exchange student before the Montana Supreme Court.
