Community Medical Center Presents Senior Health Fair [YouTube]

On Saturday, October 25, Missoula Community Medical Center will present their annual Senior Health Fair at the Missoula Family YMCA.

Spokeswoman Robin O'Day said the free senior health fair will be from 8 a.m. till noon.

"We are offering a blood panel, which is $10, and a PSA test which is $15, two very affordable tests for our seniors," O'Day said. "We encourage all our seniors over the age of 60 to come on out and be tested to see how healthy they are."

O'Day said there will be several agencies on hand to assist seniors during the fair.

"Of course, there will be Community staff on hand for the blood panels, along with the University of Montana who will also be on board," she said. "We encourage seniors to bring a list of their medications for evaluation and education. We can also assess your strength, balance, hearing, vision, breathing and bone density."

The event is free, with the exception of the blood panel and PSA testing costs, which require fasting before the test.

The Missoula Family YMCA is located at 3000 South Russell.
