Fugitive caught..Schools No Longer In Lockdown

The fugitive who was at large this morning has been apprehended in a shed behind a house on South Reserve. The unidentified man in his 20's fled from officers during at traffic stop in the Wal-Mart parling lot at about 8 am. He abandoned a vehicle that police suspect he stole and ran on foot into the neighborhood east of the store. Police locked down both Meadow Hill and Cold Springs Schools.

Sergeant Travis Welsh says the entire neighborhood was placed under surveillance until the fugitive was caught at about 11:30 am
