Iran Threatens Oil Shipments [AUDIO]

Iran has threatened twice in the past three days to shut down the Strait of Hormuz in the Persian gulf, and cutting off oil shipments that would send the price of oil skyrocketing. I spoke with former ambassador and Director of the Montana World Affairs Council Mark Johnson about the issue. That interview is attached.

Johnson says Iran’s continued effort to develop nuclear weapons is behind the threats. He says Montanans need to stay informed about what’s happening in the Middle East, as it affects every aspect of our nation’s security and economy.
