4 Missoula Homes For Sale for Under $500K
The real estate market in Montana and specifically in Missoula has been an interesting topic of conversation. If you ask most people they have an opinion on the topic. Both home owners and renters are affected by what is happening with the market. I recently found a piece of paper from 2006 that had information about what was happening that year. They listed the "average new home price" at $111,600. That was only 18 years ago.
According to a recent article from KGVO's Peter Christian, who interviewed Brint Wahlberg from Windemere Real Estate about the state of Missoula's real estate market, he said, “A single-family home in Missoula for 2023 sits just under $585,000."
