Montanans like their trucks. So much so that Montana comes in at number two for the most trucks per-capita in the nation according to iseecars.com. Trucks in Montana are a necessity for most. They are used for work, play, and can be used to help people move. I seem to always have a friend when it comes time to move something, or to take a load to the dump.

Montana Is Prepared for Zombies

Montana also ranks high when it comes to being prepared for the "Zombie Apocalypse" coming in at number seven. I still feel that our ranking isn't high enough, but that is an argument for another day. A company out of Florida called Apocalypse Manufacturing is offering their Super Truck. This truck is designed for a "Zombie Apocalypse", if we ever have one. Will this be something that Montanans will buy?

The Zombie Apocalypse Super Truck

According to the their website the description is pretty awesome:

Apocalypse Manufacturing, the
company known for constructing innovative trucks to combat all on/off-road
scenarios, have taken their massively successful Juggernaut 6×6 and turned it into
a 4×4 – behold the Super Truck. The Super Truck is sheer power, boasting a
modified Hellcat V8 supercharged 6.2L powerplant that churns out 850
horsepower and does so with fulltime four-wheel drive.

That is just a few of the features available in this vehicle,  here are some more things included:

  • A steel front "Grumper" (grill/bumper combo)
  • 5 different "Off Road" modes
  • 15,000 lbs of raw towing capacity
  • Weatherproof retractable slant-back with a roll and lock cover over
its almost eight-foot bed that can open, close and lock.

Zombie Crushing is Expensive

All of this comes with a price tag of around $160,000. I won't be able to afford one of these any time in the near future, but don't be surprised if you see one travelling the back roads of Montana sometime soon.
