When it comes to the most beautiful ski areas in North America, they have given the top spot to the Lake Louise Ski Resort, in Alberta, Canada. This doesn't surprise me. I haven never skied the mountains, but I have been to the area and it is breathtaking. I did have the privilege of ice skating on Lake Louise and cross country skiing in the area a few years ago and just doing that was fantastic.
Montana's Big Sky Resort is one of the Most Beautiful
The lone Montana ski area that made their list of most beautiful ski areas, coming in at number seven, is Big Sky Resort-home to the tallest peak on their list, Lone Peak which stands at 11,661 feet above sea level.
