There have been so many rumors and stories about the television show Yellowstone since it wrapped up it's shooting in Montana a while ago. The fifth, and reportedly final, season of the show was going to be split into two parts. The last of the fifth season didn't finish shooting, yet. It looks like the show is picking up production again and they are looking for extras.

Yellowstone Spinoffs

There have been multiple spinoffs of the show with some of them being filmed in Montana. There is the 1883  and 1923 prequels to the Yellowstone series. There is a third spinoff planned titled 6666 that is reportedly to take place on the legendary ranch in Texas. There is also a plan for the 1944 prequel spinoff that was supposed to star Matthew McConaughey.

Yellowstone Is Looking for Extras in Missoula and Sula

Yellowstone production is starting again and soon. They have put a call out looking for extras for the show and they are looking for them soon. According to the "Yellowstone Extras Casting" Facebook page they are looking for males from Montana and will be filming in Sula and Missoula areas on May 21st and 23rd.

Will Rip and Beth Continue After Yellowstone?

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Cole Hauser, who plays "Rip" on the show, may be hinting that he and Kelly Reilly, who plays "Beth", may be heading to another spinoff that has a working title of "2024".

Montanans Have Been Extras Yellowstone

There are few people that I know that have been extras on the series. It is always fun to try to spot them on the shows. If you are hoping to be on the show, good luck. We will keep our eyes on the show in the future to spot some of the "locals".
