Adorable Pets To Adopt At Western Montana Humane Society – November

Even if you're not in the market to adopt a pet, you can peruse all the sweet pups and cats up for adoption, can't you?

And who knows, maybe you'll be so enamored by one of our furry friends that you'll drop everything, race down to the Humane Society and adopt one. All I ask is that if you adopt one of the pets below, you give them a nice home. I don't want to persuade some irresponsible kid into adopting a pup. Be nice to your pups. Be nice to the kitties.

We updated the list of available pets for adoption at the Western Montana Humane Society for November.

Here are some of my favorite names this month:

• Blitz
• Boston Fern
• Dutchess
• Law
• Ms. Tumnus
• Onyx

The name of the month goes to Ms. Tumnus the cat. Mr. Tumnus is a character in Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. Maybe Mr. Tumnus and Ms. Tumnus the cat are related, who knows? Honorable mention is Boston Fern. I had to research what 'Boston Fern' means and it's a different name for a Sword Fern. Which is also known as a Nephrolepis exaltata... I think Boston Fern is a better name.

At the start of November, there are 24 dogs and cats available for adoption. Take a look in the gallery below and hurry up if you want to snag one of these boys or girls. They won't be up for adoption for long because there are some cute faces.
