They might not always get along this well (really?), but there were sure some memories made to be forever cherished.

It was the season opener for antelope rifle hunting in Montana this past Saturday. For many younger kids it's a right of passage to get out in the field with parents and bond over their love of hunting and fishing together.

A couple of father-son duos, both hunters and anglers, shared their success with the crew from the Montana Outdoor Radio Show. Pictured above is Collin and his son Braxton Griffiths from Missoula, who had an awesome father-son weekend, capped off by bringing down a great-looking antelope. Now that's the way to wrap up some quality time outdoors.

Also taking in a "cast and blast" weekend were Taylor Schauss and his 9-year-old stepson, Cooper, from Pablo who headed east for their hunting and fishing journey. Taylor bagged a solid antelope, and Cooper’s right there helping Dad show it off. Then, Cooper stole the spotlight, holding his massive 29-inch, 8.4-pound walleye, plus a 5-pound smallmouth bass they reeled in at Fort Peck and Nelson Reservoir. What a haul!
