You did know this weekend is Mother's Day... right?
I bet a lot of you thought, "Oh my god. I completely spaced that it's Mother's Day this weekend. What the heck am I going to do?"
Well, I have something for you to celebrate Mom and give her the weekend she deserves.
Celebrate Mother's Day With Free Fishing
"Give your mom a fish, feed her for a day. Take your mom fishing, give her memories for a lifetime. Celebrate Mother's Day this weekend on the water. Fishing licenses will not be required May 10 and 11, and the forecast looks fine," said Fish, Wildlife and Parks in a press release.
Moms can fish for free this weekend. No licenses needed. All you need is a line, some bait, maybe a cold beverage or two, and a nice attitude.
Don't be giving your mom any 'tude on Mother's Day. That's no way to celebrate your mom.
I'm hoping the weather holds off for all the wonderful, deserving moms out there; however, after a quick glance at the forecast, it doesn't look great.
Missoula, Bozeman and Helena are all calling for rain after a quick Google search.
In case it rains, just bring Ma to the local ice cream shop. There are plenty of great options here, so you don't have to burden yourself with some of the nation's worst ice cream brands.
