Here's what's happening in Missoula for the first weekend of June (6/6-6/8).

Note: Recurring events include the downtown farmers' markets. 

Downtown ToNight

We're getting a head start on the weekend with a Thursday night event. Downtown ToNight kicks off its 24th season at Caras Park.

Tonight (June 5th) is the first Downtown Tonight of the summer. "Live music, food trucks, Caras Park. That's right, Downtown Tonight has returned to the heart of Missoula." 

Downtown Tonight takes over Caras Park every Thursday for the remainder of summer. It runs from 5 - 9 pm.

First Friday

It's First Friday! There are plenty of First Friday art shows and galleries. Here's a few of the places hosting First Friday activities:

  • Local Food Guide Launch Party at Green Sources
  • FMC Books Open House
  • Interactive Drawing Session with Jason C. Poole at Montana Natural History Center
  • First Friday Art Walk at the Florence Building
  • Bernice's Bakery First Friday Show

RMA Fest

In case you want more art in your life, RMA Fest takes place Saturday & Sunday June 7-8.

RMA Fest offers free admission to a two-day outdoor arts festival, located in one of the most prestigious areas of Missoula, the University District."

The festival takes place 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday at the University Oval.

Roxy Theater QueerWest Film Fest

The Roxy Theater will run showings under the "QueerWest Film Fest" umbrella all weekend long.

On top of QueerWest, the Rox is showing new releases like Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning, Friendship, The Phoenician Scheme and more.
