Stevie Nicks at Missoula Humane Society is a TMHT Rock Star

We forgot to ask if her middle name was perhaps Rhiannon, Sara or Landslide, but that's okay.

It was another Take Me Home Tuesday here at the radio stations with the Humane Society of Western Montana, presented by our animal-loving friends from Paul's Pancake Parlor. Janet from the shelter introduced us to Stevie Nicks, who along with her sister Janis Joplin, are new arrivals. Stevie kind of has that tuxedo look to her, and Janet says Janis Joplin is solid black.

While she was pretty nervous in the new surroundings, Stevie is a cuddle-kitty by nature who loves to be hugged and loves her toys, as does Janis Joplin. They are two of many cats and dogs as well currently at the shelter waiting for their forever homes.

PUPPY ADOPTION EVENT AT GRIZZLY HARLEY-DAVIDSON SATURDAY

Combine your passions for motorcycles and puppies this Saturday, November 30, at Missoula's Grizzly Harley-Davidson, another big supporter of the Humane Society of Western Montana. The shelter plans to have 13 puppies on hand, that they believe will grow up to be small to medium size dogs. All 13 have been spayed or neutered and had their initial vaccinations.

So come to Grizzly Harley-Davidson and fall in love. Just please make sure you can care for a puppy and can give it a loving home.

The event starts at noon. When asked "noon till when?", Janet just smiled and said, "When the puppies are all gone."

Grizzly Harley-Davidson is located at 5106 East Harrier in Missoula, right at the Interstate 90 entrance/exit on Airway Boulevard.
