Potential Dealer Arrested in Missoula, Bought Meth in Spokane
Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - On or about November 8, 2025, a Missoula County Sheriff’s Office deputy was leaving the Bonner Town pump when he observed a 2011 White Dodge Charger entering the gas station. The deputy observed the female driver, later identified as 41-year-old Danielle Regimbal, stare at him as they passed each other. The deputy ran the plate and Regimbal returned as a Revoked HTO.
The deputy observed Regimbal’s vehicle for approximately 45 minutes. During this time, Regimbal changed parking spots several times, seemingly to be less visible to the deputy’s patrol vehicle. The deputy knows from his training and experience that the gas stations are often used as locations to sell Narcotics.
The deputy observed Regimbal exit the Bonner Town Pump, heading east on Highway 200. The deputy observed the vehicle hugging the fog line and initiated a traffic stop next to the Bonner School. The deputy then informed Regimbal that she was being stopped due to having a Revoked License which Regimbal admitted she knew had been suspended.

The Deputy Believed She was Impaired by Meth
During this initial interaction, the deputy observed Regimbal speaking extremely fast, that she was exhibiting erratic mouth movements, and that her body motion was robotic. The deputy believed that Regimbal was impaired by methamphetamine at which point he asked Regimbal to step out of the vehicle. The deputy asked Regimbal when the last time she had used meth was and she said that it had been around two days.
The deputy asked for consent to search the vehicle, which Regimbal denied. The deputy then told Regimbal he was going to be conducting SFTS's to ensure she was safe to drive. Regimbal was unable to finish two of the three tests and was arrested for DUI, fourth offense.
From outside the vehicle in plain view, the deputy could see a Butane Cannister and a glass pipe. Then the deputy transported Regimbal to St. Patrick Hospital where he wrote and obtained a search warrant for Regimbal’s blood. The Regimbal was taken to the jail. While there, a bag of methamphetamine was found in Regimbal’s underwear. It weighed 2.18 oz in the packaging.
She Admitted to Purchasing the Meth in Spokane
Regimbal was then taken into an interview room at the jail. She was advised of her Miranda Rights and elected to speak to deputies. Regimbal told the deputy that she had just been on the way back from Spokane where she had purchased the methamphetamine.
Regimbal explained that the meth on her person was for her own personal use. The deputy knows that two ounces of meth is not for personal use. The deputy is also aware that it is common for people to drive to Spokane to purchase meth in bulk with the intent of distributing it back to Montana.
The deputy conducted a search of Regimbal’s vehicle pursuant to a search warrant and found one bag of methamphetamine, weighing at .034 ounces. The deputy also located four syringes, two blow torches, two scales, a meth pipe, and two packages with approximately 100 mini plastic bags that are associated with drug packaging with the intent to distribute.
