Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - At approximately 5:17 p.m. on April 15, 2024, Missoula County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance in the 1200 block of Tremper Drive.  According to Public Information Officer Jeannette Smith, all parties involved in the disturbance, including the suspect, had vacated the residence.

“Information led deputies and detectives to believe the suspect had traveled to, and was located at a residence in Clinton, in the 15000 block of Eddy Lane,” Smith said. “In the early morning hours of April 16, 2024, Missoula County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team (SRT) was called out to the residence on Eddy Lane as the suspect was believed to be barricaded inside and the presence of weapons was unknown.”

Smith said several attempts were made to contact and locate the suspect.

“Ensuring all residents at the location had safely exited the building, SRT determined the suspect was not at the residence,” Smith said. “This is an isolated incident between the parties located at the 1200 block of Tremper Drive. The suspect is still at large but not considered a public safety risk.”
