Deported. A convicted sex offender from Mexico was arrested in Deer Lodge, Montana and is already being deported by ICE- Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Here's what else is interesting: A man matching his name was recently paroled from the Montana State Prison. Is this the carnival worker who groped women on the rides at the fair in Great Falls- including a female Great Falls police detective? Notice the wire on the fence in the photo shared by ICE above?

Thanks to Dan Brunner, a former FBI Hispanic gang expert who lives in Montana, for sharing the news:

ICE Salt Lake City, Montana Sub-Office arrested & deported Roberto Salaman-Garcia, 48, of Mexico in Deer Lodge, MT. Salaman was convicted of 4 counts of sexual assault.

Is that the same Roberto Salaman Garcia who was convicted of sexually assaulting women at the fair in Great Falls? I checked and found a convict under that name using the Montana Department of Corrections "offender search" website. The names and the timelines certainly match.

This is from the NonStop Local TV report back in February of 2020: Roberto Salaman-Garcia was convicted in May 2019 for sexually assaulting four women while checking their seat belts on a fair ride.

Here's what the AP reported in February of 2020: "A former carnival worker convicted of sexually assaulting four people during the Montana State Fair in Great Falls, including a 13-year-old girl and an off-duty special victims unit detective, has been sentenced to 17 years in prison."
So, the AP reported that he was sentenced to 17 years in prison...but looks like he got paroled out...and immediately arrested by ICE.
