What they've been doing to Trump, that's exactly what they are trying to do to Montana's popular Attorney General- Austin Knudsen. Here's the latest news on this kangaroo court commission going after the AG with this Soviet style show trial.

Jake Eaton, the campaign manager for AG Knudsen (R-MT) nailed it with this immediate reaction via X:

That's so weird that a panel controlled entirely by Democrat donors would make this recommendation just 2 weeks before an election. I'm sure this isn't political at all.

You can sense the sarcasm, of course.

Here's how I see it: this is election interference by this Democrat-party controlled kangaroo court commission. Not only that, but the members of this commission are trying to rob Montanans of our vote by attempting to remove the Attorney General from office.

Here's what State Sen. Greg Hertz had to say on Thursday's Montana Talks statewide radio show:

State Sen. Hertz (R-Polson) calls it a "politically charged, motivated attack on our very popular Attorney General Austin. Hertz added, "They're recommending yesterday, after a kangaroo court hearing, that his license be suspended for 90 days just weeks out from the election. You know, this all started in 21 when a California lawyer filed complaints against the attorney general. And then in 22 they hired Daniel McLean, a well respected lawyer in Montana, and basically he said, you know, we shouldn't be doing anything here, other than maybe issue a letter to the attorney general admonishing him for his comments. But that wasn't good enough for the Democrats. Oh no. They went out and hired a new attorney, trumped up these charges- just like they're attacking President Trump- and went after our Attorney General just weeks before the election."

Hertz and I both agreed that if the Democrat-controlled Montana Supreme Court, and therefore- the Democrat controlled Office of Disciplinary Council would do this to the elected Attorney General, they would do this to any lawyer in the state of Montana.

Sen. Hertz: "This Office of Disciplinary Council really needs some restructuring and oversight. I mean, if I was an attorney in Montana, I would be very concerned about what's going on here. I mean, all of a sudden, it kind of looks like kings over their subjects. I mean, that's what we ran away from when we started this country. But now the judiciary, they've got control of this court system, and if you're an attorney, and you want to practice before the courts- you've got to be very careful how you criticize the judiciary. And you know, it doesn't apply both ways. The judiciary has been out there criticizing the legislative branch, and this is where it all started in these emails that we we were trying to get and some language, and they were ruling already behind the scenes talking about unconstitutional bills, disparaging legislators- I mean, come on guys, it needs to go both ways here."

Aaron Flint: "Yeah, I mean, they want to they want to say whatever they want to say. They want to rule however they want to rule. They want to throw out any law they don't like. But then they want to put a muzzle on the statewide ELECTED Attorney General whose job is to defend the state against their rulings. And they want to muzzle people. I mean- 'Democracy dies in darkness'- as they try to muzzle their opposition here. Give me a break."
