Local Bank Saves Hamilton’s 4th of July Show
Earlier this week we found out that the city of Hamilton was going to cancel their fireworks show on the fourth of July due to a shortage of funds. Just yesterday, Farmers State Bank has stepped up and said they would supply the $3,200 so the town fireworks show could continue this year.
Farmers State Bank Commerical Lender Vice President Ken Senn said, "We are just pleased to be able to do it," and added "We were happy to help".
Hamilton Mayor Jerry Steele said, "This fourth of July should go off with a bang".
