Man Arrested in Missoula for Indecent Exposure [AUDIO]

A 30 year-old Missoula man, James Issacs, was arrested on Friday and charged with indecent exposure in a public place.

Missoula Police Department Public Information Officer Travis Welsh said the incident occurred in the 3000 block of American Way.

"We received a couple of reports that several people had observed an adult male who was at the bus stop at that location, who was lying on his back on the bench," Welsh said. "He apparently has his pants down around his knees and was in the act of fondling himself. Officers responded the scene and made contact with the male, who was subsequently arrested."

Issacs made an appearance in Missoula Municipal Court on Monday morning and posted a $435 bond. He has an omnibus hearing on December 9, and has requested legal assistance from the public defender.

Indecent exposure is a misdemeanor.
