
Missoula Man Accused of Felony Assault on His Two Year-Old Son [AUDIO] [DOCUMENT]
Kye Alan Sparling, 21, was charged with felony assault on a minor on Wednesday in justice court for beating his 2 year-old son during a visit to Missoula.
Deputy Missoula County Attorney Jordan Kilby said, "the mother of his son cam to pick him up and noticed that he had bruises all over his body. She took their son to a hospital, and also spoke with Sparling who stated that he had hit the boy too hard."
Court documents indicate that if found guilty, Sparling could receive a 5 year sentence in the Montana State Prison and a fine of up to $50,000.
Sparling remains in jail on $25,000 bond.
