Leo H. Green, 19, appeared in Missoula District Court on Thursday morning before Judge John Larson and received a 10-year sentence with the Department of Corrections with 5 years suspended for the rape of a 13 year-old girl in 2012.

A Missoula man who ran over his twin brother with a van has been sentenced to 40 years in prison. District Judge John Larson sentenced Alberto Guillen on Thursday, saying he's "never had a case where someone's ran over their own brother and left him to die."
