A liberal judge who has used the power of his bench to block election integrity laws, and to force transgender birth certificates is stepping down. The resignation of Judge Michael Moses in Yellowstone County allows Montana Governor Greg Gianforte (R-MT) to select a replacement.

Apparently there's some Montana judges who think they're above the law- especially when it comes to open records, electronic communications on government devices, and accountability before the taxpayers of Montana. It certainly makes you wonder, what else are they hiding?
