In addition to declaring a flood emergency in central Montana, Governor Steve Bullock also approved a request from the Montana Air National Guard to utilize two Chinook CH-47 helicopters to rescue stranded students at the Montana Wilderness School of the Bible on Thursday morning

On Saturday in Great Falls, Montana's senior Senator Jon Tester received the Montgomery Medal for outstanding support for the National Guard .

Saturday's football game between the Montana Grizzlies and the Eastern Washington Eagles will feature a flyover from the Montana Air National Guard with a C-130 transport aircraft.

The Missoula Osprey are having their opening day ceremonies Thursday, June 20 at Ogren Park at Allegiance Field. Osprey officials will be displaying  a giant American flag during the national anthem, and need volunteers to hold the flag.
