In honor of Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month, Missoula City-County Relationship Violence Services is partnering with the Zootown Arts Community Center in hosting a group art exhibition to educate the community about teen dating violence, healthy relationships and consent.

Distracted driving has shown to be the number one killer of teens in the U.S., according to a 2009 report. But in Montana, that doesn't stop some teens.

Montana Attorney General Tim Fox announced today that his office reached settlements with AT&T Mobility LLC that include a $105 million payment, and that resolves allegations that AT&T Mobility placed charges for third-party services on consumers’ mobile telephone bills that had not been authorized by the consumer, a practice known as “mobile cramming.”

Montana is now the only state in the nation that doesn’t ban at least some drivers from texting, now that South Carolina’s new law took effect this week.
