With snow, blowing snow frost and ice the weather this weekend in Montana was treacherous.

Driving from Missoula to Whitefish on Saturday and then the reverse route Sunday had me a bit worried. Not sure which drive was worse? The drive up was warmer but that caused issues with the slush and build-up. The drive down was snow-packed but both ways had continues snow pretty much.

On the way home on Hwy 93 and the big hill leading down to Ravalli as you head to Missoula there was a double trailer semi and it was jack-knifed on the North bound side. I heard from a friend that he probably pulled a good-driver moved and had his trailers go into the ditch instead of traffic.

He was OK and had put his traffic cones out and was being very professional and it wasn't really disturbing traffic much but was a worrisome site to come across.
