There's nothin' like waking up to your room swaying back and forth at around 12:30 in the morning! Now I don't know about you, but I was really questioning my life choice of living in a 100 year old building during the time it took for my room to stop shaking...

A couple seconds after the earthquake subsided I got a couple of texts from friends, both in Montana and California, checking in to make sure everything was okay. But what might have been the most comforting message of them all, came from our boy John Mayer. Haha

So take a second and let those sweet words wash over you, you're not crazy!!!

A public alert was sent out this morning by the U.S. Geological Survey that listed the earthquake as having a magnitude of 5.8 and originating 9km SE of Lincoln, Montana. To check out the alert, click HERE!
