Authorities Searching For Missing Young Man, Route May Have Brought Him Through Missoula

Update: 12:50, September 8. According to Butte-Silver Bow County Sheriff Ed Lester, Robert Bennett Dick has been located in Cle Elum, is safe, and is back with his parents. A call came into Lester's office from Washington authorities right before 1:00 p.m with the good news.

Authorities are searching for a 21-year-old man who has disappeared after a trip to the Gorge Amphitheater in Washington state.

Last seen in the town of Cle Elem on Tuesday morning, Robert Bennett Dick was supposed to have driven back into Montana on I-90, headed toward his hometown of Butte, but he never made it home.

Dick is 5' 6", 150 pounds, with curly shoulder length brown hair and blue eyes. He is also likely wearing a beard and goes by the name 'Ben.'

He was last seen wearing black pants, a white sweater. Anyone with information about Dick or his whereabouts are advised to call 911.
