If you're confused about some of the phrases young people use, we are here to help. "Sorry not sorry" just means you're sarcastically kinda sorry but not REALLY sorry. . . "I can't even" means you're frustrated and at a loss for words . . . and "TBH" is an acronym for "to be honest."
