Montana Adds 229 New COVID-19 Cases, 233,777 People are Fully Immunized
As of Friday morning, Montana has confirmed 105,974 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana's COVID-19 case tracking map shows 229 new confirmed cases. There are currently 1,069 active cases in the state.
653 cases were reported last week and 566 cases were reported the week before.
According to the Montana Department of Health and Human Services, 571,507 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered and 233,777 Montanans are fully immunized. In Missoula, 73,201 doses have been administered and 26,898 people are fully immunized.

According to state statistics, 103,384 Montana residents have recovered from COVID-19 and 38 people are currently hospitalized.
The number of tests increased by 4,208 over the previous 24-hour reporting period, for a new cumulative state-wide total of 1,233,331.
The state COVID-19 related death toll increased from 1,494 on Thursday to 1,521 on Friday, according to state health officials.
