One of the two suspects in a double murder at a Missoula motel last months was arraigned in District Court yesterday, as Preston Rossbach pleaded not guilty.

A man charged with felony assault on a minor appeared in Missoula Justice Court yesterday and was placed in jail on $10,000 bail. The judge thought the bail should have been higher.

MCPS Superintendent Mark Thane has announced his retirement effective on June 30, after guiding the district in a $158 million school building program.
