Police have arrested a man for felony DUI after a 911 call came in from a Missoula home very early on Sunday morning.
"About 2:06 A.M. a resident in the 2500 block of Schilling Street called 911 and reported a suspicious vehicle in her driveway and in fact went on to say that the driver had gotten out of the car and was knocking on her door," said Missoula Police Public Information Offic
Representatives from the national organization Mothers Against Drunk Driving appeared before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday to lobby for Ignition Interlock Devices for first-time DUI offenders.
55 year-old Terry Jones has been placed in the Missoula County Jail on $25,000 bond after allegedly driving drunk the wrong way on I-90, causing several drivers to run off the road, and striking a vehicle before being arrested.
27 year-old Lamont Brown of Pablo appeared in Missoula Justice Court on Thursday and was held on $35,000 bail for several alleged crimes that occurred on Tuesday morning.
