A retired FBI guy, a retired CIA guy, a bunch of Montanans, and some Hollywood stunt men. That's the kind of people you will randomly run into at the SHOT Show in Vegas. We are headed back to the SHOT Show this week!

"Staff may be armed and will use whatever force necessary to protect students."

Earlier this year from the SHOT Show in Vegas, we told you about how a Montana company was a finalist in a major competition for the US Army. Here's the update: they won. And, they're now looking to manufacture this weapon right here in Montana.

Think about how popular college rodeo is here in Montana...getting shooting sports back up and running on our college campuses would also be very popular. Good news on that front.

Two years ago they had the Best in Show gun at the SHOT Show...check out what Helena, Montana's Olympus Arms is offering up now.

The Federalist's Sean Davis was the moderator for the 2025 SHOT Show Governors Forum. His opening question to Gov. Gianforte was HILARIOUS to John Jackson, the Joker from X, and I...and apparently several other folks in the room.

We started the morning at the Montana Governor's breakfast with all of the great Montana gun and outdoor gear businesses here for the SHOT Show- which is basically the world's biggest gun and outdoor gear show.

Basically, it is the world's biggest gun and outdoor gear show...and there are some incredible Montanans in the house for that event.

With all that the Montana Shooting Sports Association (MSSA) has accomplished under Gary Marbut's tenure here in Montana, what is there left to do? A lot. Especially with the constantly evolving threat picture.
