So I'll be the first to admit that I'm super competitive! If you challenge me to do something, I'll see it through to the end... So you better believe that when my girlies over there at Pure Barre Missoula posted the #20in30to50 challenge up on their wall, I signed up for it instantly!

To put it simply, the challenge is to complete 20 Pure Barre classes in 30 days! #ChallengeAccepted

What I love about these kinds of challenges is that it's all on you. Of course the instructors will be there to support and push you and you'll be surrounded by a bunch of badass women, but in the end it comes down to you and how bad you want to better yourself! The change starts with you girl!

So often the hardest part of working out is finding the time to do it and being consistent! Trust me, I've struggled with this for years and I don't even have kids yet! I don't know how you moms do it! But this challenge offers up an excuse, if you need one, to set aside at least one hour, five times a week just for yourself! Come on, we can so do that!

If you decide to push yourself and complete the #20in30to50 Pure Barre challenge, I can pretty much guarantee that not only will you feel stronger, both mentally and physically, you'll also be exposed to an incredible group of strong Missoula women who are toning their way to a healthier lifestyle. Talk about motivation!

Like I've said before, Pure Barre is for everyone! It doesn't matter what fitness level you're at, how old you are or even if you're recovering from an injury, you're capable of completing a barre class!
