The second man, 38 year-old Tony Beeson allegedly threatened another man with a pipe over smoking methamphetamine, and was placed back in jai, on $5,000 bail
Deputy Missoula County Attorney Brittany Santorno asked for $15,000 bail for Catudio-Garrett, but the public defender asked the judge to lower the bail to only $5,000, because she had just done so in a separate case for Beeson.
