The National Weather Service has updated their forecast about the coming early winter storm to western Montana.

The Montana Department of Transportation dedicated a portion of Highway 93 South near Arlee as the Louis Charles Charlo Memorial Highway.

Missoula's Hawthorne Elementary School was chosen as a National Blue Ribbon School. KGVO interviewed several of the school's 4th grade reporters.

Partly sunny in western Montana today with a slight chance of rain showers. High will be in the low 60's.
